Our first race tomorrow together since Tampa Bay, our aim this week is just to dial into some good rig numbers, our leased boat is very nice so we are hopeful we can get this rig figured out quicker than we did in Barbados. The opening ceremony has just finished; we were served up local smoked salmon and caviar. O and yes the local Guiness is MUCH better than the stuff we get in Canada. Monday, May 3, 2010. Result does not tell all. Today was an interesting day. All races have been triangle, sausage, triangle. We were really pleased with the rig today and happy with our sailing. Friday, May 7, 2010. Today was a fun day on the water. We only had one race but we managed to practice our starts 5 times. There were two general recalls, which means there were so many boats over the line at the start that they called everyone back. There were two black flag restarts where everyone is called back to look at a whiteboard and if you're sail number appears on that board, well, its see ya later! We thank you for the support and look forward to getting back on Shelburne Harbour.
