But I had another birthday and another cake to show off. What better reason to post? We have a 7 year old again. We had a low key birthday because of baseball but we did have fun. Happy number 7! Tuesday, December 11, 2012. Carrot Sesame Spice Cookie. Makes about 40 cookies. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 1/3 cup almond milk (or other non dairy milk). 1 tablespoon ground flax seed. 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted (soft butter may be used). 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Finely shredded zest of one whole orange. 1/2 cup golden raisins. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (unbleached). 3 tablespoons sesame seeds. 1/2 cup shredded coconut.
