The information included on this web site is a snapshot of the types of workouts I have done to train for the Combat Challenge. My workouts change from year to year, but the philosophy behind them is constant. I believe that there is no one best way to workout. I do believe the following are important things to keep in mind when you plan your workouts:. Workouts in the gym need to be as sport specific as possible (e.g., bench presses don't work muscles needed for the combat challenge).
