Here’s hoping I’ll be fighting in Virginia, March 22 2014 at the WKA tournament! One big component of fight camp which occupies my mind a lot is the weight cut. I think this probably applies to many female fighters who loooooove food and tend to walk at a higher weight than their fight weight. And gained an extra 15lbs on top of my usual walking weight!
