Remaining focused, one day at a time. March 4, 2014. Binge eating sneaks up on you. One minute you are sitting there eating an apple and the next you are eating Reese’s pieces Easter eggs. Then you wake up 3 days later and wonder what the heck happened. I packed for a weekend trip. I do remember putting oranges and V-8 into a bag. I didn’t binge eat on the long 7 hour drive. It was 66 which is very low in general and super low for me. I am used to running in the 200s and I finally started eating right and taking my meds. I guess it got a tad bit too low today. It’s a sunny day, in the 30s, windy but not too cold. As you can see in the picture there is snow – it’s about 12 inches. My leg arteries are OK but the iliacs, which split off from the aorta (red upside down Y) and then eventually turn into the femoral arties, are clogged with calcium and plaque.
