Friday, September 7, 2012. Apples, Fish, and Caterpillars! In library this week we celebrated Johnny Appleseed's birthday by reading about his life in this book. We also made our favorite tasting apples and hung them in the trees. In K5 we made these apples. After reading The Rainbow Fish. In K4 and K5. we made some fish. :). Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Today we learned about scientists. First, we learned that scientists ask a question. Then they make a hypothesis, next they test their hypothesis then they record their observations, and finally they form a conclusion. Even though we haven't had any snow in our area yet (last year was completely different ❄️❄️) I still incorporated a few snowman activities our first week back.
