I can't believe that the builder has put paintable frame around the stained balcony door. I never seem a house in my life with a painted frame and stained door. I will be extremly unhappy if they decide to not fix it even though it is a grey area in the document. UPDATE : SS advised that the frame will be stained as well.so all good. Sunday, 17 June 2012.
