Our First Home Build. Clarendon Homes -Parkhill 29. On July 10, 2014. My husband and I attended this together along with a Private Inspector that we had organised for a sweet $695.00. The report came back within 24 hours and there were only a few issues that Clarendon will need to address, the Inspector did say that for a project home this is one of the better ones he had seen and it was built pretty well. (My SS was pretty chuffed to hear that). Window sill on Parapet is not sloping and requires sealing.

Firstly we met with the colour consultant who assisted us with choosing the facade colours, internal colours, tap ware, bathroom ware, doors, handles and any other extras we were wanting to add, ie smart glass to windows, adding glazing to doors etc. Then it was off to Your Home Kitchen. The following changes were made:. Widened the cutlery drawer bank to 600mm.

When we first drove by our place and saw the first coat of paint in the garage, we were not too impressed with our colour choice, it looked a little on the creamy side. We upgraded to a '3 coat paint system' instead of the standard 2 coats. Now that it has been finished, we are really happy with it. Elusive White' for our ceilings.
