Time change has interesting side effects. While I am sure there are bennifits to the time change, I am not sure what they are. So far the results seems to be tiredness, between the kids waking up an hour earlier, they were already early risers, to me waking up an hour earlier, and trying to convince myself I can still get an hour more sleep.
