Long story short-school has started, weather was horrible but now is better, got a really bad cold, still haven't recovered. My knees were pretty achy most of yesterday, but so far this morning I have just had a little tightness in my glutes and hamstrings. I am now looking forward to getting back on track with my training and my diet. The scale has been moving up because I haven't done anything to stop it, so I must fix that problem right away!
