Adventures of a Fly Fishing Enthusiast and a Devoted Knitter. Monday, April 12, 2010. Alex and I made our way to Ft. Collins, CO yesterday. It was a nice getaway. We checked on some badly needed camping gear, ate good food (Indian and sushi), and had a nice relaxing time. According to Coca-Cola "coke is happiness" too. I beg to differ. We also got to see Trey! Adventures of a Fly Fishing Enthusiast and a Devoted Knitter. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Our niece, Katherine Alice Maple, arrived on August 25th. She was 7 lbs 10 oz and 20 3/4 inches. Ellen, Chuck and Kate are doing well. She has full cheeks, pouty lips and a head full of dark hair. She is beautiful. Now we just have to wait until October to meet her. Jason and I got up VERY early last Sat. morning to take picture for the Land Owner of the Year program for Wyoming Game and Fish. We traveled the back roads of Albany County, about two hours from Laramie, looking for wildlife, scenic landscapes and examples of habitat improvement projects to document for the project.
