Friday, 23 January 2009. The first outing of 2009 took Deano and JP to their local river on 2nd January. The year got off to a flying start for Deano with a double hook-up of grayling from a pool that produced 14 fish in total. Just when the pair thought things couldn’t get any better JP managed not one but two barbel! If anyone has any doubts as to the capabilities of a 4wt streamflex take a look at these pics. Total for the day… 50 grayling (all of good average size) and 2 barbel. The Fish On Team.
