Fish Out of Texas. Sunday, August 31, 2014. Chapter 2, Caprock Canyons State Park. Caprock was beautiful as always (the pictures speak for themselves), but we didn't do too much exploring there. Vanilla Bean was eager to stretch his legs after being cooped up all day, but the ground was covered in goatheads, tons of flies swarmed, and it was still pretty warm out. We did do a couple of loops through the prairie dog town that is the highlight of the RV campsites at Caprock. Chirp Chirp Chirp CHIRP CHIRP!
