The Wannabe Writer: Chapter Eight
http://thewannabewritersclub.blogspot.com/2008/02/chapter-eight.html
Tuesday, February 19, 2008. The darkness lifted a little and in the haze Jimmy could hear a soft, soothing voice calling to him. His eyes wouldn’t open and his right arm lay limp at his side, cold as a chunk of ice. The cold spread up his arm like liquid fingers, inching toward his shoulder. 8220;Julz.” He heard himself say the name, but knew his lips hadn’t moved. 8220;I’m here.” She was close, her voice, strong and calm, brought light to the darkness fogging his mind. Was there life on those planets?

The Traffic Guy: October 2007
http://thetrafficguyknows.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 18, 2007. Dirty, Filthy Smokers. In January of 2008, drivers in California will join the growing number of drivers nationwide who must operate their cell phones hands-free while operating a motor vehicle. That's great, fine, and dandy, and a necessary step to making our roadways a little bit safer. But the driver's who really get me fired. I don't understand smokers. I never will, don't want to. It's a dirty, filthy habit that makes everything it touches smell and die. I think everyone ...

The Traffic Guy: January 2008
http://thetrafficguyknows.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 14, 2008. Is it too much to ask of a driver to know where they're going and what they need to do to get there? I don't think so. And yet, it's this kind of driver who waits til the last minute to get into a turn lane, usually inconveniencing some other driver who thought his or her driving path out, and then gets mad at the driver who is forced to move but doesn't want to. Back off, Last Minute Mergers! You make driving unpleasant and dangerous for the rest of us! It's a Writer's World.

I Am Hunter, Hear Me ROAR! The world will be my playground! Saturday, May 14, 2011. The Rest of our Crazy Month. Somehow, my last post got posted before the post was completed so I'm back for the rest of the post, a continuation of our crazy month. So, after Frog Fest, we had our field trip to Clayton Valley Farms to learn everything we could about worms, bugs, and growing things. It was a super fun field trip where we learned about making compost (soil), worm factories, and worms in Wormville. That last...

I Am Hunter, Hear Me ROAR! The world will be my playground! Friday, May 25, 2012. So, it's been a long time. Too long, really, because a lot has happened since my last post. No kidding, seriously, a lot. I lost my first tooth, graduated from kindergarden, turned six years old, and spent the night with penguins! On May 19th, my Dad and I spent the night in the California Academy of Science. We checked out the other exhibits (I think Dad liked the Isands of Evolution exhibit, kept talking about how he'd li...
