Mix mixture and pasta and put in a casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle with a little Italian parsley. So glad youre back in action on the cooking website! Whisk together milk and eggs in a medium bowl. Then pour into flour mixture and whisk. Then whisk butter in. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Add more milk if needed to make it the consistency of heavy cream. I usually have to add more. Heat a skillet, brush with butter. Let sit until it looks set. And the sides turn up a little.

These muffins were that good. I made them twice in one week. Dustin and I consumed 24 Sweet Onion Mini Muffins in one night. One night of pure bliss. First batch had yellow onions which turned out to make a far superior muffin than the second batch with red onions. Am I turning into Dustin? Eat it. You want to. Or when ...
