Breakfast – Apple and Raspberries with Greek Yogurt (with a few dry oats thrown on top for good measure! Lunch – Left over Quorn mince chilli with 15g spicy vegetable crackers. Tea (or Dinner if your posh ;-) – Two Quorn chicken style fillets with 2oz of Quinoa in a homemade tomato sauce. November 11, 2013.

Thought I would share this little recipe I have been making for breakfast at weekends, I found this on Pinterest originally, they used soya milk but ive used normal semi-skimmed milk. 1/4 Cup of oats.
