Banana and Chocolate Smoothie. I love to combine chocolate with every dish! When I was younger I didn’t like chocolate at all, until 5 years ago. My roommates ate chocolate every single night. Since then I fell in love with the choco ;-). This morning I was in a rush (like always), but I still had 10 sec of my time to make a good old banana and chocolate smoothie. Ingredients – 1 big smoothie. 1 tsp cacao powder. 1 scoop whey – I used white chocolate flavor. 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt 0% fat. 300 ml soy milk.

When I was 4/5 years old I started to play hockey in England. Lot’s of fun because my dad was not only my coach but also my trainer. Couldn’t get any better! When I came back to the Netherlands I moved to Amsterdam straight away. Couldn’t wait! I really didn’t understand. I was totally ready for my summer in Indonesia.
