Pumpkin Yogurt and Granola Treat. This limited edition Chobani yogurt is a MUST try! Goes perfect with Nature's Path Pumpkin Flax Granola! 2 cups pure pumpkin. 2 cups of diced sweet potatoes. 5 cups vegetable broth. 1 Onion, chopped. 1 Apple, chopped. 1 Tbsp Fresh grated ginger root. 1 Tbsp coconut oil. 1) Place all ingredients (except coconut oil) together in a large pot. 2) Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3) Add coconut oil. Makes about 10 servings. 1 whole egg 1 egg white.
