Friday, 10 February 2012. Workout of the Day. Warm up: 10 - 15 minutes on any cardio piece of your choice. If at home walking, skipping etc. 15 minutes Routine: complete as many rounds as you can. Every time you complete 1 round, add 5 reps to each exercise. 10 dips (off box or step if at home). 20 leg raises (keep legs together and straight. raise off floor between 6-12 inches). 30 lunges (each leg). We all do this, and it is not a good habit to get into. Don't fall into the trap, and think that you can just make up the lost sleep by sleeping in on the weekends.
