Since I started my Facebook recipe page (My Body by Vi Recipes), I get some recipe requests from time to time and Fudge Brownies is one of them. It took me several tries to convert my old recipe into a healthy brownie recipe but it was worth the wait. The recipe below is moist, light and not too sweet. Going around the house, I ended up in the kitchen looking for something to munch. There’s nothing that I want. There’s several fruits in the refrigerator so I reached out for the blueberries and decided to make a scone. 2 cups all purpose flour. 1 tsp cream of tartar. 1 tsp baking soda. A pinch of salt.
