I'm interested in attending a workout.what all do I need to do. 1 Pick a desired time that best fits your schedule. 2 Arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete the waiver, check in to WODIFY and pay the $5 fee. 3 Share any questions or concerns you may have with a coach. 4 Stretch and wait for class to begin (everyone will do a warmup together in class). Where do the workouts take place? Workouts take place at 901 N. Midland Drive. Do you provide daycare? What does it cost to join?
