Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Down to 18% Body Fat! Tonight's full body assessment left me ecstatic! I am down to 18% body fat from 24% when I first started my training with Frank eight weeks ago. We're shooting for 10% total body fat by showtime in 10 weeks. We're on target, though. I only lost a pound since my last assessment; however, with my fat percentage down a whole 2% from last time, we know it's pure fat I've lost and muscle I've gained. Sunday, February 27, 2011. Today, Sunday, I think my body finally started to realize all that's going to be required of it on this journey toward a chiseled body with only 7% fat composition. It seems as though all the muscles in my body weigh an extra 10 pounds when I try to lift or move them. I've really been sluggish today and feel I've given new meaning to the term "fatigue."
