Thursday, December 25, 2014. The journey so far. Let me begin by saying that I am not perfect. Who is? I am real. I am a 40-something wife and mother turned blogger. I have lost over one hundred pounds through lifting weights, cardio, and watching what I eat. I went from 235 to 128 in about a year's time. Due to my first bulk, I'm weighing in at about 145-150. I've got about 10% body fat that I want to lose by May. I'm cleaning up my diet and hope you'll join me for the ride. It's time to ride!

IF you're following the game plan so far, the GMOs should be gone (or almost gone) from your kitchen. I'm super proud of you! Hopefully, you've noticed more energy and maybe some change on the scale? If not, don't worry. It will come! This week we'll remove the refined sugars and fats. If you reach for a bag of sweetener, remember to read the label and avoid maltodextrin!

Can it really be week 5? February 10, 2011. I want to update more often, but boy time flies! I will be posting a video blog very soon 🙂. Things are still going great. I’ve just changed my workout schedule to mornings. I did fine this morning, but my fear is I’ll wake up and try to use the “I’m so tired” excuse and not workout, but it’s so much more convenient and it fits into my schedule much better! I took another set of pictures, and I can see a difference since I started Turbo Fire! January 19, 2011.
