Path to a long, healthy lifestyle. A long over due update. November 9, 2011. Apparently, I really suck at blogging. I hope third time is a charm and I can stay on track this time. This summer I spent cleaning houses, doing ecological restoration work for a month and walking around town. However, I did not lose that much weight. I think for the most part, the amount of exercise I did do, maintained my weight. I have been inspired to continue my weight loss journey and I have started exercising again.
