Saturday, February 6, 2010. Well it has been snowing for two days now. I have been trapped inside my house for the last day and a half. When you are stuck inside with no way out it is really hard to stay focused. The weather makes you want to lay around and be very lazy. I have tried really hard not to be lazy. Tuesday, February 9, 2010. I think today is Day 19 of the BE Fit Challenge. I have lost track of the days. I have done pretty well the last couple of days. I have been eating very healthy. For lunch I usually eat a salad or grilled chicken with vegetables, and for dinner I have been cooking meels from the be fit website. I made Italian chicken last night. It was pretty good. I will attach the recipe below. Good Luck with the snow! Here is the pulled pork recipe I forgot to post. Cook in the crock pot.
