Your body should be slightly alkaline (blood is about 7.4 pH), but the average American diet causes our body to be acidic which causes many health issues. The old saying “We are what we eat! 8221; is very true. Think about it, how can we expect to look and feel our best if we are putting cheap, processed, acid forming, pesticide laced, genetically modified, inflammatory foods into our bodies? Are those calories really worth it?
