All of the ingredients are staples on my shopping list. Artichokes are very high in fiber, the garbanzo beans are also high in fiber and protein and the fresh veggies make this a very fresh, inspired side dish.(Thank you, Alex! I can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained. 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained. 1 tsp dijon mustard.

Portion size is 1/2 cup. 5 cups organic rolled old fashioned oats or multi-grain oats. 1 cup toasted oat bran. 1 cup chopped walnuts. 1 cup slivered almonds. 1 cup chopped banana chips. 1 cup sugar in the raw. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Stir together all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until browned and toasted.
