Fitness - A way of life! Fredag 18 februari 2011. Ibland är det bara för mycket. Har varit sjuk igen! Fick ont i halsen i förra veckan, ställde in träningen direkt för att vara på den säkra sidan. Under helgen så blev jag förkyld och fick även en jobbig slemhosta. Drack té med honung och tog hostmedicin.
