Wednesday, March 18, 2009. Since I have stopped keeping an eye on my weight in mid January, I have gained 10 pounds and close to 9 inches. Obviously the diet I am on doesn't work, cause I don't stick to it. Maybe I should try to start out with smaller goals and work my way up. I've been a little down on myself lately and then to top it off I had the worst table in the world come into work and leave me a nasty note instead of a tip. basicly it said F@#$. Fatties. not something to build a person up! I wonder why people feel its okay to say/do something like that. Sunday, December 14, 2008. Big suprise, I suck and am not losing any weight. Heck, I haven't even been trying. I keep saying I am going to start over or do better, get more serious, and it just doesn't happen. I am going to try and bring up my activity levels though. I haven't been working much lately, which is good because I am not tempted to eat the fatty foods we have, but it also means that I am less active. Monday, October 27, 2008. K, so I haven't been keeping in touch much. Over the past few weeks not only did I not make any progress but I even gained back a pound or 2. Luckily I have now lost that extra pound or two and am making progress once agian. Andrew was able to fix the treadmill with ease, though I will have to admit I have only used it once. I have decided to go healthy grocery shopping this weekend. which means that it will probably take me a million hours since I will have to read the nutritional lables on everything! I have again decided to go with a traditional calorie counting diet, since it seemed to work fairly well last time. I am also going to invest in some great water bottles that I am going to take everywhere!
