This is our introductory program to CrossFit. On Ramp will familiarise you with the 9 foundation movements that build a platform to perform the CrossFit workouts. We hold 2 On Ramp classes per week. Regardless of your experience, every individual is required to complete 2 On Ramp classes. Once you've developed these skills, your CrossFit journey will really begin. We warm up, we do some skills and drills, we WOD and have a whole heap of fun along the way! For 1-2-1 Personal Training.
