I have been a full time personal trainer at Virgin Active Ltd in the Edinburgh Omni Centre for over 5 years. Because I have worked in various fields of fitness, my time as a personal trainer has given me insight and knowledge to several aspects of fitness, exercise philosophies and physiology. I am a keen runner and have been in a multitude of competitive races at regional level. I am currently awaiting my certificate to become a representative for ‘Jog Scotland’.

Turn cards over and mix them up and place unde cones or frisbees. The object is to find pairs. Make it more challenging by printing multiple sets and color them in identical sets. Arrange the class into 4- 6 groups for more activity . The first person lifts the cone/frisbee and brings it back to their group. The next person repeats the process until a match occurs.
