Heat your oven to 400 degrees. In a very large bowl, toss kale with olive oil, lime juice and seasonings. Spread on a large baking sheet and cook 30 minutes, tossing regularly. Some of the kale will become very crispy, while other pieces will be perfectly roasted. 1/4 cup sesame oil. 1/4 cup olive oil.
