Warm-up: 10 minutes on elliptical. 20 kettle bell swings – 25 pounds. 10 Dead lift/overhead press 20 pounds. 10 bicep curls 15 pounds. 10 tricep kickbacks 10 pounds. 10 dumbbell Rows 20 pounds. 20 wide goblet squats 20 pounds. 40 walking lunges/bicep curls 15 pounds.
