Get fit or die trying. Jag flyttar till den här. Sidan istället allt jag skrivit här finns där nu också. Efter en skön dusch mumsar jag nu på en apelsin, några mandlar och dricker en proteinshake. Ska även svälja i mig lite omega3 också. Snart är det dags att åka iväg! Det blev 30 min cykling på gymmet, cyklade 10,8km 🙂 Nu är jag sjukt svettig! Gårdagen blev inte som jag tänkt mig. Träning? Frukost idag blev en skål flingor och blåbärsyoghurt som jag glömde fota. Nu ska jag klä på mig och sticka iväg.
