So, I recently realised something very important: A lot of the time, people are sad and unhappy because they are too afraid to avoid people who hurt them. Now, I don’t mean this as a sort of, “Everyone is stupid and not good at avoiding issues! 8221; Sort of thing. What I am trying to get across is the fact that the majority of the time, people are too scared too get rid of certain people in their life because they are afraid of the consequences. So, a lot of the time, when people are getting into relationships, or even just go out into town, etc, they concentrate a lot on how other people look. One thing I want all of you to know is this; Your appearance takes nothing away from your self worth. You don’t have to be beautiful. If you are beautiful on the inside, that should be enough. So, a lot of the time people get hung up over things that have happened. Whether it’s something you or someone else has said or done, people don’t forget it. What I want to say is sometimes the only way to move forwards is the leave the past behind. If you were in a race and had a weight pulling On you, you have to drop the weight to go forwards. He is going through a “suicidal” stage and I am too scared to lose him. He said that his girlfriend is the only reason he’s deciding to stay here but how do I get him to change his mind?
