I was scheduled to complete 12 miles of training this morning, but after an elevation gain of 755 feet and 1,300 calories burned, the 12th mile was left in the dust. The last quick hill up into the stadium is just one hill repeat. Again, focus on running tall, good arm swing, and a quicker, shorter stride to get you up and over.
