All you need is:. 2-4 chicken breasts (1 per person you're feeding). 2 Tb or 1 packet ranch seasoning (I use flavor God). 2/3 cup cookies wing sauce (has least calories and no added butter). Blueberry, banana, oatmeal muffins. 2 mashed ripe bananas. 1 Tb olive oil. 1 1/2 cup oats. 3/4 tsp baking powder. Dash Himalayan pink salt. 1 cup frozen blueberries or 1/2 cup fresh. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then together. Spoon into muffin tins. You might not usually think of doing sausage on a salad but it was delicious! I portioned out lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chipotle chicken sausage, avocado, and low fat Italian dressing. It's really easy to make as well. I used a large cast iron skillet, but it's not 100% necessary.
