Jeff's Countdown to the Swim! Swam 600 meters Sunday without flippers. Still need breaks but I think I can do this. Was helped out a lot with my technique and think it is going to help. I feel quite confident about the ride and the run, but the swim is a concern; I haven’t swum laps since I was in school. However, I’ve been getting some great coaching from Maer, our ‘tri-trainer’, so hopefully it’ll all work out!
