http://nathanandrachellambes.blogspot.com/2015/02/whole30-week-1.html
The Lion and the Lambes. Saturday, February 28, 2015. We've just about finished our first week on the Whole30. Program. It's going well so far. I'm definitely very tempted to cheat or quit sometimes, but I haven't caved yet! I have had to get creative to cook without grains and dairy. I'm thankful there's such an abundance of Paleo recipes available online. it's a bit different than Whole30, but close enough that many of the recipes work. I wanted to record our menu here to help others who are looking fo...

Stories of our life together… a passion for travel, a love of cooking, and an exciting home renovation.}. November 2, 2010. Recipe: Chocolate-Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars. Delicious is all I can say about this recipe. I made these chocolate-pumpkin cheesecake bars to take to dinner with friends on Sunday night, and they were so good! It’s definitely a great dessert idea for Thanksgiving because it still includes pumpkin but with a twist. Enjoy! Adapted from MarthaStewart.com. 2 tbsp. sugar. 1/2 tsp. salt.

Well, actually, she's 13 months old. but this last month has been CRAZY so I haven't been able to write about her birthday until now. Dog House 12: 2011.02
http://doghouse-12.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 25, 2011. Warning, photo overload. I'm trying to document this all step by step as best I can. You know, so I can hopefully. One day and stuff. But there is soooo many steps. Hence the photo overload. Fold the burlap over the arm, so it's not hanging out all scraggly. Also, staple a piece of burlap over remaining holes along the side of the back. (Burlap is typically used so that cotton stays in place.). Then stuff the sides around the seat springs with cotton until the seat is flat.

Thursday, October 18, 2012. The big day finally arrived! Our shiny new countertops are officially installed. The day actually arrived almost one month ago now, but because we ran off and got hitched I'm just now getting around to sharing! P was nice enough to let me fly off to Birmingham for prewedding preparations while he stuck around supervising the install. And A dishwasher. I can't even tell you how excited I am about that. More pictures to come! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Fly Through Our Window.

Dog House 12: Bandwagon: Chalkboard Paint
http://doghouse-12.blogspot.com/2011/08/bandwagon-chalkboard-paint.html
Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Did you know that new refrigerator's that are counter depth and not ugly are expensive? Here it is in all its glory. First I removed the handles. I decided they didn't need to stay because you can open the fridge by grabbing the door, and they were ugly. After one coat of chalkboard paint. I'm debating doing a third coat. I don't know why. It looks fine, and the can didn't specify, but maybe I read on some other blog that three coats was recommended? Fly Through Our Window.

Today you are supposed to open your readers to dizzying parts progress and smack-talk related to the ongoing saga that is my kitchen renovation. Unfortunately, I have none of that for you today.
