Saturday, March 31, 2007. My eye is fine. I can see and it doesn't hurt. It's all just a bad memory. I am thankful. When I went back to the optometrist the next day, new cells were already forming. Isn't that amazing? The old cells didn't slough off and leave me with a raw eye. It isn't often a person has a reason to be thankful for little sleep. Monday, October 30, 2006. Joshua didn't have school, so the play around our house was much rougher and tougher than on a normal weekday. Joshua and Abigail spent the morning putting on armor and playing "bad guys". Saturday, September 30, 2006. So, this morning Madelyn is sitting on my lap and I'm doing my usual silly dad talk when I get this cute little grin. At first I thought it was gas. What was I thinking? Most girls don't smile at you after they fart. Most of Madelyn's preceding smiles had been connected with some sort of abdominal discomfort,however, but not this time. She is one of 5 sophomores, and one of 27 kids in the whole high school to be awarded with this great honor. Way to go Girlie! This is how you know you are in Bozeman.anything can happen as far as weather goes. Monday night there was no sign of snow anywhere, but when we woke up Tuesday morning this is what we found. This is right out side our front door. We got about 6 in of fresh snow! My hubby kindly shoveled a path for me and cleaned off my car because I was running late!
