We made a day trip to the western part of the state with a visit to the Frontier Culture Museum followed by apple picking at Carter Mountain Orchard. Bryce and Carter at the African home site. Apple cider donuts- yum! We took a tour of the Richmond Canal with friends. Pumpkin Patch with the family in Moseley, Virginia (our neck of the woods! Brian and I were also able to take a trip to Hilton Head with our friends, the Moores. It was a fun get away!

Friday, February 18, 2011. Clearly God placed Adam as the leader, but Adam chose to be passive. Eve had the role of helper, but had violated it, taking leadership. The roles were reversed during the fall of man, when the first sin occured. World's 2nd highest tower? Went to safari park today! Awesome place, he is above us hanging in a tree over the walking path. Baby tigers in an incubator awwww. The kids loved feeding the giraffes.
