Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Carmen has been BEGGING me to buy her some PixOs, and I had been doing my best to resist. I have to admit, I'm still scared of them. I know they are new and improved, but they are still Aquadots. Plus, I thought they would be difficult, and messy. And headed to the local Target. First, we got the popcorn and soda deal-big bag of popcorn and a drink for $1.50. Mommy treated herself to a slice of pizza. Shhhhh! Then we went to the toy aisle. Carmen saw the PixOs!

Horses-This Ones for You, Mom. Friday, May 07, 2010. For Field Day the recess yard is divided up into stations, and the classes move around them until they've participated in every event. The last station is the grade tug-a-war, followed by Popsicles. Carmen's grade started the rotations at 8:30 this morning. I didn't tell Carmen we were coming because the week before.
