May 21, 2012. Sea World Beach Clean Up. We had a WONDERFUL time volunteering for the beach clean up with Sea World at the Cape Canaveral National Seashore this past weekend. We are so grateful that our friends invited us to join them. It was a beautiful day with a refreshing breeze that produced some pretty impressive waves. I am very happy to report I have been within my Lifetime range for my last three weigh-ins over the past four weeks. I was unable to actually weigh in on my 3-year anniversary date due to a last minute trip to Nebraska for a dear aunt's funeral. At last week's weigh in, I was just .2 above my Lifetime goal weight of 145. Beautiful healthy food in reasonable portions.
