Today is 29 june 2006. And its ma bday. Receiving lots of message wishing me. Today at skool.3 hours of slacking and relaxing. Den move it to workout and break. At 2 leave for california fitness. Hmmmmmm.gotta smoke hidin as ma instructor oso follow. Its was fun gettin to use the machine ther. Some more im the bday boi,. Most of the pix have ma face in it. The whole klass attend the body kombat class. I was sweatin so much. But i enjoy the class. After the california trip. All of us are starvin siah!

Wellhere we go.its been a long time. Im back.and im not okie.friday had a game with csc.3 half. I played 2 half.the first half, i rested.ma kneeeeeeeeeeeee. Coach come at 2nd half.so yar.i played.once a sportmans. U will ignore the injuries till it worsen den u stop. I guess tats me.im stubborn in this things.all i wan is to try to win glory. Or victory for the team.effort is there.all i need is to push myself. But once if i dropped, i will dropped. How m i to be kept in the dark? Damni cant see the line.

I woke up in the middle of the night and I noticed my girl wasn't by my side, coulda sworn I was dreamin, for her I was.
