Thank you, Shopifyplus. This summer I had the opportunity to work with Queen's Innovation Connector in their 2016 cohort. Along with 29 other students from engineering, commerce, the arts, and the sciences, I learned the skills and resources necessary to start a business. I formed a team with five students from a range of backgrounds, and it is with these incredible individuals I formed a company that won $20 000. I am still working with Tandem today. We do this by running robotics and engineering workshops for females in elementary school.
