I know that I haven't been very active in this community or on Livejournal in general for quite a while, but I could use all of your extra eyes, so I hope that you don't mind this plea. Most likely yesterday (Thursday) or possibly late on Wednesday night, somebody stole my daughter's (unlocked) bike from my front porch on School of Mines. It's an orange (street sign orange? My name is Bill, I work for a company out here in. We’re currently undergoing a major site redesign aimed at delivering better targeted results to job seekers. I would welcome any and all feedback regarding the site, its design and usability, and anything else you can think of. As I know all too well, IT admin/Business Systems is a transitive field, people are always looking for the next, better opportunity. We want to make the site really user friendly, and think we need a pretty good overhaul.

Hello August - Tony Sutton. 10:07 pm August 1st, 2009. Have we lost another month already? Welcome August. The month of my birthday which is due in a few weeks time. Get saving to buy me some nice presents. :). The past few days has been busy where we tidied up the house and removed wallpaper from the bathroom as we are having new bathroom being fitted by 3rd Aug for a week. Have taken a week off from work to stay in for them to do the work. We are excited and looking forward to the new bathroom!

NMT admin text messages. I got a letter this morning in my snailmailbox from the NMT administration, asking me to log into Banner and provide a cell phone number so they can send me text messages in the event of an emergency. It's an interesting idea, but I can think of a couple of problems. This is going to be of very limited use for EMRTC employees: we have no cell phone reception in the EMRTC building whatsoever, and we are not allowed to take our cell phones out in the field lab. I'll pass, thanks.

I have two email addresses listed in Banweb, and interestingly enough both of them were spammed this afternoon. Help needed with Nero and Vista. Hi, I'm a newbie. I bought a new laptop recently with Vista installed. And I installed the demo version of Nero 6 for the time being, but now I can uninstall it by any means. When I try to use the control panel, the uninstallation process stops abruptly saying there's been an error. When I try to uninstall it by using UnNero, it says that it's for 64-bit system only.
