Thursday, July 12, 2012. We had a great fun filled day in Branson. We went to White Water and had a picnic lunch, rode go carts and bumper boats at the Tracks, and shopped and had dinner on the landing, then cold stone ice cream sundaes for dessert! Mollie Jane's sweet Rhonda left. Term 4 was so wonderful and ended with our sweet cabin of Rhonda, Mallory and Carley leaving. It was a pretty tear jerking cross carry and say so. It is always hard to leave because I am reminded (as I have been for the last 16 years) that I don't live in Texas anymore. It is hard enough living far away from my family but every annual lake weekend I realize how much like family my friends are and it stinks always stinks leaving your family. A trip to Texas. Big took Jackson and his cousin Jameson to an Arkansas football game. It was so fun. Since Big played for U of A in the 70's they got to go the Letterman's lounge. Wednesday, December 19, 2012. Making our way back home. We slowly made our way back to MO. We spent a night in Austin and had a fabulous stop at TCU and got to see the new stadium and some much needed "frog wear". Santa with our cousins. We got to see Santa at Bass Pro! We got up and did a family Turkey Trot in the neighborhood. The weather was gorgeous! We had a yummy, yummy meal and did lots of family bonding. Hanging with our cousins! We love hanging at Mammy's house with our cousins! The kids loved it.
