Burkys race and training blog. This is a blog showing my training schedules, race plans and results. Thursday, January 21, 2010. The bands are here and I have been playing that tune. The training is coming along very well and I'm getting excited about getting back to full strength. I am pretty tough on myself and I do what I am told. The doctor said that I should be ready to start swimming by the first of March. YAY. And I feel great right now. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow. Check this out and DO IT.
