Retrieving did not go so well. Jacob did not have his own toy, so he didnt want to chase it. He did very well though, especially at recalls. Jacob enjoys daily walks now, and still occasionally goes to puppy classes, but he gets bored easily at them. His tail is getting stupidly long, and is actually fully grown now. It looks a bit weird. The adventures of Jack and Raven, two flat coat retrievers in the English Lake District. Sunday, 7 February 2010. Four Legs Good, Two Legs Bad. We have just spent the day on Skiddaw. The water has come back to the lake and all the ice has gone. It seems to have been poured over Skiddaw! They have these weird extendable arms that help them walk on the ice and snow.
