Well, the worst that can happen is that I buy a crappy wine, in most cases I get to try something new and delicious that I wouldn't have known about if I hadn't tried. In Sweden, there is this company called Ekolådan. They most commonly deliver ecological vegetables to your door. When I found out they had this crate of ecological wines you can order I decided to give it a try. Check it out here. Is it a good buy?

Här är receptet:. 100g slightly stale crusty white bread, soaked in cold water for 20 mins. 1kg very ripe tomatoes, diced. 1 ripe red pepper and 1 green pepper, deseeded and diced. 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced. 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed. 150ml extra virgin olive oil. Salt, to taste. Garnishes – see below.

Vin och öl i Washington. Måndag 6 augusti 2012. En rätt som jag såg för första gången i TV-serien Det goda livet, eller River Cottage enligt det engelska originalet. I TV-versionen serverades den här nordafrikanska paprika- och tomatröran med ankägg medan i min nyinförskaffade bok River Cottage Veg Every Day var det vanliga ägg. I vilket fall har jag näppligen tillgång till ankägg, så vanliga fick det bli. Vi serverade chachoukan med ett gott surdegsbröd från Gateau. Gott bröd är ett måste!

Vin och öl i Washington. Lördag 17 december 2011. Vi testade att göra de här saffransbröden. Från Martin Johansson och det blev riktigt lyckat tror vi - det får våra glöggäster slå fast i eftermiddag. Som efterrätt till frukosten var de en höjdare! Magnus och Estrid inspekterar degen i hushållsassistenten, där den snurrat runt i ca 10 minuter på låg hastighet. I förgrunden syns apelsinen som gett upp sitt skal till fyllningen. Vin och öl i Washington. Torsdag 16 oktober 2014. Quinoa-pasta med quinoa-burgare i tomatsås. En enkel middag i nyttighetens tecken. Quinoa-pastan är snäckor från Whole Foods och burgarna är Quinoa Cowboy Veggie Burgers från Trader Joe's. Jag smulade ned två stycken i en tomatsås baserad på lök, vitlök och tärnade tomater på burk och hade även ned lite frysta ärtor och morötter. Det blev riktigt gott tyckte jag men Estrid ratade såsen och drygade ut sin pasta med en portion ris. Miss Meisters mat med mera.

Vin och öl i Washington. Allt verkade rätt starkt, 11 inches var mycket mat, tjockt bröd. Troligtvis inte igen. OK nötburrito men hopmixat kött. Soft taco äckliga, vattniga och sladdriga. Schysst minimål. Kanske igen. Chinese chicken salad. Ingen hit. Polynesian pulled pork verkade ok. Pröva igen? Tog en Pho med "Eye-round beef" och blev nöjt överraskad över att få en buljongburk med allting på sidan och köttet rått. Bara att stoppa ned i buljongen! Fast finns bara i Factoria. Miss Meisters mat med mera.

Veggies with Balsamic Fir Vinaigrette. 1/2 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegraitte. 1 small drop Grand Fir Essence. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything in a small bowl. Taste!
